Very close to shop and the pharmacy downside was a plus and the fast food restaurant near by then also they are very close to the haram 5 to 10 min walk from the masjid haram The rooms was okay nothing special but very clean not issue with the cleanliness at all throughout my stay Only downside is the elevators which takes it time and caused me to be very late but just plan it accordingly and you should be okay

I give it 5 stars because they allow us (6 people including 2 small children) to use their toilet and pray eid on the mezzanine floor. It was very very crowded during eid and we are lucky to find this place to pray eid properly.
