Situated within Bedok Reservoir Park, this HomeTeamNS clubhouse is a waterfront haven with a big water playground. The clubhouse includes a three-storey water adventure centre that features Singapore's longest indoor water slide at 114 metres long, a wet obstacle-rope course, and rock climbing walls. This is perfect for active individuals who are looking for something new and fun to do! They also have an infinity pool that overlooks the reservoir where the adults can relax while letting the kids have some splashing fun!

If you prefer not to get wet, you can hole up in the ManCaves which is fully equipped with the latest entertainment gadgets and even a private BBQ patio, making it the perfect place for a get together with your friends and family!

The clubhouse also introduces 10 two-storey villas that are set on a hill slope within forested vegetation and under a canopy of trees, each fully furnished with a sheltered barbecue area and a roof balcony! Additionally, the clubhouse is equipped with green features and 'smart' digital functions. The price varies with off-peak (Mon-Thu) prices starting from $580 for guests, $500 for affiliate members, and $400 for HomeTeamNS members. Peak prices (Fri-Sun; School holidays) and Super Peak (Eve of public holiday and public holiday) are currently available for HomeTeamNS members at starting prices of $500 and $600 respectively. HomeTeamNS members can make booking for the East Villa from February 2023. Bookings for Affiliate Members (SAFRA/JOM/Social/PAssion) and Public are to be announced.
