I had a nice breakfast here, the hoppers were really nice. It had that soft burnt taste and crispy edges that made my mouth get all excited. Super cheap too! Cardamom tea was fantastic according to my accomplice. Just a heads up - this place may not be the clean and new restaurant you think it is, which surprised me, Since it had so many reviews.

Came here for dinner and had one of the sharing meals. It was delicious! A nice range of food. Very authentically Sri Lankan food. Servers were very friendly. Serves beer and soft drinks.

Came here after some recommendations and we got the lunch platter that came with some vegetables and curries, and also a hot plate mutton which was really tender and smoky. Our waiter service was a hit and miss but else, it was a good place for lunch even amongst the locals though the prices are higher than the outside.

I, absolutely love coming here, exceptional food every time. Before I start, the service does not match the quality of the taste and the food. Don’t get me wrong, the wait staff are great, there is not enough of them, and the customers end up waiting a long time. I love having the traditional rice and curry, and it is so good. The next trip I had the hoppers, and wow. Can’t beat that. We also shared some kitty roti and the dry beef curry, all exceptional. The watalappam was excellent and so was the caramel pudding. The restaurant is very clean and really worth the trip.

We visited during lunch time at about 2pm. We had to wait long for our order to be taken. It's a bit busy around lunch I guess. But the Food!! It tells you why its a busy place. Authentic srilankan food . Fresh and taste is amazing. The price is also decent compared to other restaurants in Colombo. Will definitely visit again anytime we arrive back at srilanka ?
