"A Vegetarian Haven in the Heart of Goregaon! ?️" If you're looking for an authentic South Indian vegetarian experience in Mumbai, Udipi Vihar Pure Veg in Goregaon is the place to be! From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with the warmth of traditional hospitality and the comforting aroma of spices that instantly makes you feel at home. The dosas are crispy and golden, served with perfectly spiced sambhar and a variety of fresh chutneys that pack a punch. Whether you go for the classic Masala Dosa or the rich Paneer Butter Masala Dosa, you’re in for a treat. But it's not just South Indian food they excel at — the North Indian and Chinese options are equally delightful. The paneer tikka is a standout, with tender cubes of paneer cooked to perfection, and their veg fried rice is full of flavor. They also have an impressive variety of snacks and desserts that make for a wholesome meal. The ambiance is simple yet clean, with quick service that ensures you never wait too long, even during peak hours. It's the perfect spot for family gatherings, a quick bite, or a peaceful meal after a long day. The food is affordable, fresh, and, most importantly, delicious! Must-try: Masala Dosa, Paneer Tikka, Filter Coffee. ☕️ ? Location: Udipi Vihar Pure Veg, Goregaon, Mumbai ? Affordability: Pocket-friendly and satisfying! Highly recommend Udipi Vihar for anyone craving pure, hearty vegetarian food that’s bursting with flavor.
Very pleasant place to have food with Family and friends. We had buffet there which was very satisfying.
Nice place for lunch and dinner. Stuffed kulcha and Albeli sabji (mixed veg with paneer in masala gravy) are great (excellent taste and good pricing). Sometimes there’s a wait time (max 10 minutes). Menu is very comprehensive.
My Daily Dose of South Vibes This place is my go-to for lunch (and sometimes breakfast) — the mini thali, Aam ras Puri, dosa, missal pac and literally everything else hits the spot every time. Only catch? Finding a table during rush hours is like winning KBC. But once you’re in, it’s all worth it.
