I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the banana chips I recently purchased from your store. Upon opening the packet, I found a small insect stuck to the chips, which is absolutely unacceptable from a hygiene and quality standpoint.

When I brought this to your attention and requested a refund of ₹90, I was instead offered a replacement packet. Frankly, after such an experience, I don’t feel confident consuming another packet from the same batch or brand. Offering a replacement does not address the core issue — the fact that a contaminated product was sold in the first place.

As a customer, I expect basic food safety and quality assurance. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure stricter checks going forward. I would appreciate it if you reconsider issuing a refund instead of simply offering another potentially compromised product.

I love this place every time I want to eat vegetarian food or yummy snacks. This time we celebrated our birthday here with some scrumptious meals with wonderful service by their staff.

The concept of serving unlimited pasta and pizzas during a particular time is great. However, they are damn slow in their service. You will get bored waiting and lose your appetite.  Also, their pizza was not great. I loved the white sauce pasta they served the first time. But when I asked for it again as the veg pizza was not good, they forgot about it and later said they had lready given it to be 15 mins back. And so I had to wait more for it to be prepared and served to me.

I really felt I should have bought from dominos instead.

Have been going to this place since the time of it’s inception and am really surprised rather shocked with what just happened. I place an order for 2 sev puri, 1 Ragda pattice and 1 masala dosa at the same outside counter which gave parcel services for Rs.290 and when I went to collect the order they said they don’t give parcel anymore. I rather stand and eat outside or void the coupon by taking it to the counter. It took me back as to how did things change. I went to the counter and voided the coupon and back to the restaurant to place a take away. The bill directly jumped from 290 to 540. I was like wow double the price and the person over the counter just smirked. Sai veg world is a place where I come too coz of service, a place that has good really good servers, not a place I would want to continue visiting anymore. Bad move.
