An aesthetic, well-maintained and clean hotel. Professional staff. Excellent restaurant service. Impeccable housekeeping. Double rooms with enough of space for two people and very well equipped.

Two separate stays. Great value. Clean, efficient business hotel with quick access to Intex Osaka, but slightly far away from the trains (though there is an inexpensive bus that stops nearby). Great for cost-conscious guests who just want a shower and bed before attending events at Intex.

Many people comment that it is far from the station. It’s only 13 min on foot. That is not far! Lovely facilities. Great rooms for the price. Very pleased.

There is no room service at all, when we checked in we expected any of the staff to help us with taking our luggages to our room, like any other basic hotel service. but they told us that they don’t have this service??

And we had a lot of heavy luggages and it wasn’t easy to take them to our room! After a long tiring travel.

We kept asking for help even in the check out and other day, they just refused to help.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel.

No customer service, the first thing that we were greeted with was yelling from the reception because we were trying to open the phone (it took 5 seconds) to pay, but the reception guy was raising his voice and saying "please pay now!!!"

Is that how you greet your guests? And after that we had 4 big luggages, we asked for help to take them to our room, they said "you take them by yourself "
So dont expect any help with luggages from and to the room!

Last straw was when we were trying to call from the room, the girl who answers speaks zero english and she kept saying "i don't understand, sorry, sorry," and then frustrates you until you hang up! That was so bad.

The cleanliness of the hotel was ok but nothing top notch, and the room very small.

I really advise for better customer service and at least an english speaking staff.
