Very great spot to dine in for families or large groups! Despite the busyness, the staff delivered our food on time and I really loved the atmosphere. We didn’t book a reservation but fortunately there was still plenty of seats! Highly recommend :)) spent a total of $90+

Very pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes here, and the different types of spice used for each dish such that you get different flavour kicks with each dish! The satay is very delicious and fragrant, and the you tiao rojak sauce is very generous and goes well with rice or any other kind of carbs. Assam sting ray goes very well with rice and the spicy and sour tones of the mango salad kept the dish very refreshing. Sambal Kang kong, stir fried lettuce and bean sprouts did not disappoint as well. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and the food comes very fast. It is also halal so everyone can come and enjoy good quality Chinese Zhi char food Come in a big group so you can try more kinds of dishes !

Tang Tea House in Changi Village is a spacious halal Chinese restaurant with a relaxed, welcoming vibe—perfect for anything from a full meal to a quick dessert stop. Part of a well-loved local chain founded in 2005 by Sylvia Ler and Johnny Tan, the restaurant was created with the goal of bringing authentic Chinese flavors to a halal-friendly, inclusive dining space. What sets the Changi Village outlet apart is its picturesque setting in a charming old bungalow, which adds character and a laid-back, nostalgic touch. The restaurant offers both air-conditioned indoor seating and a comfortable open-air area, making it a versatile venue for family meals, casual gatherings, or special occasions. I dropped in for dessert and had the chendol, which was refreshing and well worth the $5—decent in portion with a good balance of coconut milk, gula melaka, and pandan jelly. The place was calm and uncrowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Don’t miss the colorful street art that’s a fun detail that adds to the charm of the place. All in all, Tang Tea House Changi Village combines tradition and good food in a chill, distinctive setting. A great spot to check out if you’re in the area, whether you’re hungry for a full meal or just something sweet.
