Take a Bow Cafe is a breath of fresh air tucked inside the hip Sphere in Bangsar. I tried their Iced Mossy Latte, a matcha-based drink packed with flavor and everything nice. Easily a 5/5! Their Healthy Iced Black Matcha Latte was another standout just think matcha with a twist: real baby carrots and a sprinkle of chocolate chips. It sounds wild, but it absolutely works. Another 5/5. The Earl Grey scone was heavenly, rich with that signature tea aroma and perfect when dipped in their strawberry jam and cream. Yet another 5/5! To top it all off, the Thai Tea Mug Cake was insanely delicious. The fresh bread base soaked in just the right amount of Thai milk tea made it the perfect end to the meal.

The ambiance is perfect, kid-friendly, and super chill. A special shoutout to Val, their server, who explained the menu and introduced new flavors with such enthusiasm and it made the experience even better, especially for first-timer.

The food is below average, with the bread being extremely hard. The service was terrible. When we arrived around 8:45 PM, they initially told us that all the indoor seats were fully reserved and only outdoor seating was available. However, we noticed other customers walking in and being seated at empty tables inside after pointing at it. After we insisted on sitting indoors, they finally allowed us to take an indoor table. Interestingly, the table next to us remained empty until the store closed. So, the claim that indoor seating was “fully reserved” at the beginning is questionable at best.  Conclusion, don’t waste your time and money here.

Tastefully decorated. Definitely graded A for cleanliness.
Service crew knows the menu eventhough it's a Chinese new year (festive/seasonal) menu.
Many festive creative ornaments are put up. Doesn't feel like a cafe, it feels like a private home available for dining.

Nice ambiance and good looking food but unfortunately I'm afraid it may be all there is.

Staff are helpful and friendly enough. But the dessert we came purposely for - pistachio tong shui, despite rly looking the part wasn't what I fancy. Maybe their main dishes are better.

The food was way below average for the given price, especially the dessert we ordered. It tasted like canned fruits, which is ridiculous for the price charged. The food portion was extremely small. Their service is horrendous and not attentive at all. In conclusion, this is just another Instagrammable place that is good for photos but bad for your wallet and taste buds.
