The auntie with white hair serving at the cashier is extremely rude. Please kindly review your customer service. Bought a bread and she didn’t bother to speak a word, not even informing customer about the price nor asking customer about payment mode. When I asked her about the price, she answered: “ I have already told you to look here” , pointing at her POS screen. When I mentioned I didn’t hear, she proceed to laugh sarcastically. Would give 0 stars for service if I could. Apparently, there are many similar reviews about her. Kindly get her to re-train or something. Really spoil people’s mood.

Ordered the kit kat waffle for $2.20. The pandan flavoured waffle is fragrant, soft, and slightly crisp on the outside. The kit kat chocolate spread has bits of crunchy biscuit mixed in it.

Would recommend if you're a sweet tooth person haha!

Every time when I go there in the morning, the cashier aunty (the oldest staff) will always be in a bad mood. Purposely do things in a slow motion and stand there staring at me and didn’t assist me with the payment. After I asked her what happened, she will only yelled unreasonably and asked impatiently saying use what to pay?! Even though I said I don’t need the receipt, the aunty will scold me cannot don’t take the receipt, the receipt cost of $5( I really don’t get what she meant). I had a really terrible and bad experience in this store. If you hoped to not spoil your lovely morning mood, be careful, don’t go to this store. Management should train your staff better. Really a very bad experience as I just wanted to purchase my breakfast from this 1989 store in Le Quest .
