A nice cosy place with superb Japanese style ramen and food.  The potato and carrot soup ramen tastes excellent. The pumpkin, taro croquettes are freshly made, crispy and tasty.  The staff is very polite.

Cash only. Egg is not vegan. Noodles aren't ramen noodles. Place is advertising that it has vegan ramen but omits these important parts. Taste was pretty good, and a decent amount of food for HK prices. Service was quick, even though it was just one guy running the show, but really wish they clarified all of those first 3 points on the menu or at the entrance.

This place is a bit hidden, it’s on the first floor, right next to Cupping Room.
Food was fine, it’s not your everyday Ramen place for sure. Great if you’re vegetarian/vegan. They offer a fair selection of different broths.
Staff wasn’t unfriendly, but also not particularly talkative.

Not a kid friendly place. Rude behavior of staff.

We made a booking for three me, wife and our 6 year old. While i reached on time and placed the order my family was 15 mins late. We ordered  two lunch sets one with Tomato and carrot soup and the other version of the same with more spice. The owner/manager then asked what about the third order. I said it’s enough for the two of us as our child has had her lunch. There starts the entire abysmal service experience. The manager/owner threw his pen down in rage and exclaimed why didn’t we inform him earlier. He apparently turned away 9 guests for our booking. So he wanted a third order. He never asked me initially if I had a booking before I sat down?. Anyways I apologized for being late and said let’s see how the food is.

Coming to the food,it was good. The ingredients and soup were fresh and flavorful. I would recommend the version of tomato and carrot soup with more spice. The appetizers were great. However it seems kids are unwelcome at the place. My daughter slipped from the high stool chair and started crying momentarily but instead of offering us the vacant table with chairs the owner passed an irritated look at the child. Later when she asked for water, he rudely responded ‘help yourself’. Looking at some deserts from the adjacent cafe my daughter asked if she can order the blueberry cheesecake. Again the same rude look to the child. If you are planning to visit with kids then I highly recommend to take them to more kid friendly places around.

Overall we felt unwelcome at this place even though the food was good. The owner/manager was quite rude probably deserving of a fitting reply if the kid was not with me.

Soup was nice. But it's honestly not worth the price for a small portion of rather mediocre ramen and toppings. Staff was not the most welcoming either.
