Fresca is a neighbourhood cafe preparing vegetarian wellness foods at their place on Hollywood Road in Central District. Opening hours are 8.30am to 5pm (closed on Sundays). Here you will find a selection of salad, soup and bakery items making use of fresh ingredients and food products, much of which comes from private garden and farms here in Hong Kong. Orders are packaged in ready to go take-away boxes or you eat at the cafe. Placing a salad order is simple. Just choose the number of toppings (3 or 4), those which are glutton free are marked with a G next to the food description. Next choose which base you want (brown rice, natural salad or mixed). They will prepare your order box and off you go. During our recent meal, we each had salads with three toppings, finding everything to be fresh and quite tasty. Most enjoyed were the Sichuan Veggie Mix and the Carrot Apple and Walnut. We also had a cup of thick roasted eggplant and tomato soup that was pretty good. They have a small selection of muffins, pancakes, cookies, smoothies and teas on offer as well. We enjoyed their lemongrass ginger tea. Overall, it is nice that Hong Kong has genuine healthy food like what is being served up at Fresca. This is a good place for those seeking quality vegetarian and gluten free food during time spent in the city.

Cutest salad shop with vegan and gluten free options. Asian and European flavours to cater to all! I had an Asian plate with curry, cold Chinese salad and tofu. Hubs had chickpeas, beetroot and lentils. Would come again.

The best spot to get your veggie fix in Central. All salads are made fresh daily and I didn’t realise that you can bring your own container too! Will definitely return. P.S. Grab a slice of the carrot & walnut cake, you won’t regret it! ?

Such a nice spot with delicious clean “plant” food. Vegan/vegetarian - sad hearing this place will shut down in January
