It was such a great and fun experience! I had been living in Japan for a long time, but this was the first time I joined a ramen class, and I absolutely enjoyed it! Even though I was alone this time, the staff were so kind, friendly, and fun to talk to! They were also kind enough to follow my request to practice Japanese with me and spoke to me in Japanese. (They all can speak English too, so no worries for those who cannot speak Japanese.) I really appreciate it and highly recommend it to all foreigners who love ramen!

Phenomenal experience from start to finish! All the staff is very attentive, kind and fun. They check in regularly with everyone individually, offering to take pictures and give advice, and even a bit of chit chat to those attending on their own. The cooking itself is very fun, especially the noodle making which was so satisfying. The superb staff are very attentive and make cooking seem easy! It would’ve been nice if boiling the noodles at the end had shorter waiting (it was turn by turn due to the kitchen size), but aside from that small nitpick it was 10/10 and everyone there had a great experience. There was a really great surprise at the end which made me so happy personally. Now stop reading this review and book your class! ?

It was a very enjoyable experience making ramen. We were introduced to it starting from its history and the step-by-step process. The equipment and ingredients were very complete. We were taught step by step in a very professional and helpful manner. I was especially happy because, as a Muslim, they also provided a halal package with tools and ingredients that avoid things we cannot consume. The ramen turned out delicious as well—I chose the miso broth.

This was a fantastic experience! The staff were all great. We had Fuku as our personal guide and he was amazing at instructing and very easy to talk to. Everyone was very entertaining. At the end we had great ramen and was able to keep some souvenirs! Would recommend this 100%!
