Very bad experienced , the staff just ignored us when we want to place order and keep looking at his phone  ! Then we walked to cashier and ordered 6pcs . But noticed only 5pcs . Both staff are totally not communicated. Will not visit again

Bro these people put so spread most of the time my waffles are more dry than the Sahara desert.Only reason I ever come hear is because it's convenient and the people don't talk to you.

Your Malay staff , lady in ponytail tried to con me by keying in Fruit Paradise 1KG cake and made me pay 43$+ for it until I checked the receipt and realised that she overcharged me. I had ordered the tiramisu cake off the shelf which was 37.80$. She was also rude about it and instead of apologising tried to pin the blame onto me that I didn’t check.  When she tried to process the refund she did via cash and when I told her the exact amount she had to refund she said to me that I was wrong when she used a calculator to calculate turns out I was right and she was just trying to push the blame onto me .

Luckily I had the receipt . She even tried to laugh it off and when I asked if I could scan and pay she gave me a dumbfounded look. I think you should teach this staff in particular some manners because her attitude is off .

The quality of the waffle is getting from good to bad. Used to nice and fluffy. Now it’s light & crispy. Not worth the price. Also the staff that does the waffle has this angry sulking face whenever the customer speak to her. Time to make our own waffles
