Extremely disappointed with a cake I purchased from your Sembawang shopping center store on 3rd August 2024. The product was Tiramisu cake 500g.

Upon opening and cutting the cake, I discovered it was mouldy. This is completely unacceptable as it poses a serious health risk. Kids and elderly from our family ate the cake!!!

Was disappointed with how their HQ responded to my email too and actually requested me to provide them with the mouldy cake so that they can investigate and without the evidence they told me sorry they could not investigate further?? Due to the nature of the product, I disposed the cake immediately that day.
I understand that you need the cake for investigation but it has been 2 days since my email and I believe that this is unreasonable given the circumstances.

Even though after several calls and conversations they finally refunded us and explained that this was one of their franchise blablabla but I believe that they can do much better than this. Hope that PrimaDeli can work on standard work and service recovery.

It is really questionable about your standard work and how many days do you actually store the cakes??? What if something bad really happened to us after ingesting the mouldy cake?

Ordered a hazelnut chocolate waffle ($2.20) and was severely disappointed :( it’s the most expensive flavour and barely a scrape of chocolate filling was put on the waffle. the chocolate was also VERY dry and hard ?

Specifically waffles - it’s not like the other branches where the waffle is slightly crispy on the outside. This is the first branch where the waffles were soft and floppy, a bit gross and disappointing. 100% save your calories for HK egglet waffle instead.

Glad that the  3 plus 1 pie offer is on this month. Love the chicken pies. There is room for improvement in their packaging though. The packaging is uniform in all the Prima Deli outlets. They are flimsy and the size is only meant for 3 pies. However, sales staff always try to squeeze 4 pies in the container resulting in the flakes of the pies dropping off and the pies are squashed. Polar offers boxes even for 2 pies if customers request. Not demanding Prima Deli to do the same but perhaps buy at least 2 sizes of packaging to accommodate different number of pies purchased by customers.
