Very nice to have a coffee and some croissant/brownie after having a long walk around Oxford street. Coffee Latte and muffins were very tasty. Very quiet and calm place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Conveniently located store right at the entryway to Carnaby Street. Well spaced out seating, if you fancy a break from shopping, and don't want to cramp anyone else's style. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. The store itself, clean, well-lit and tidy. Worth flagging though, they ran out of oat milk when I visited. Who drinks coconut and soya? ?

We had an amazing experience at Pret, thanks to the wonderful girl who served us! Her name was (Delaram)It was our first time in London, and she made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. While preparing our food, she took the time to recommend a few lovely places to visit in the city, which made our day even more special. Her warm attitude and genuine care truly stood out. Thank you for making our first visit to London so memorable!

I had the best experience ever at this branch of Pret with the incredible service from a very professional and lovely lady, Delaram, who just made my day with her polite serving and recommending me everything like different drinks, and sandwiches, it was like a tour I never had before.
