Alok is amazing! The food is authentic and the service is good. We ordered the Couple’s set. It was reasonably priced with a variety of items. Note: we had to go through the Daimaru building to get to the restaurant, which was across the little street and on the fourth floor.

I ordered dinner set B Daily curry and chicken curry both are good,plain Nan is my favorite ! Price is reasonable, service is great.

Amazing food! Perfect level of spice and flavour! Hands down best meal I have had in Japan! Highly recommend, customer service is beyond gracious. Love from Canada !!

Excellent food, we were a party of three and tried three different curries (ButterChicken, Chicken Tikka Marsala and Chicken curry), all were excellent. You can advise the level of spice. We went with medium which was perfect for us, just enough heat to know you were having an Indian curry. We also sampled the Naan bread, rice, salad, Chicken Tikka and sheesh Kebab. We visited this restaurant twice during our 4 day stay in Kyoto. Very friendly and welcoming, excellent value, highly recommend! NOTE, it's on the fourth floor, take the elevator straight to their door.

An excellent restaurant with good Indian food (we; 5 people; ate Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Keema). Mr Durga served us during lunch and he was very attentive to our needs and tastes. We were provided with perfect service and the menu is accomodative of South Asians and Japanese people.
