Order# 251a7b47. We waited an hour for our food to be delivered. We were missing food, was stale/cold and order was not correct. The schwarmers that we did receive were broken and squashed into the box and did not look edible. We contacted them requesting money back, and when we asked they said the 'best they could do' was give us credit for the food that was missing, then hung up on us when we said we'd leave a google review of our experience. We are very disappointed and will be disputing the payment with the bank as well.

We ordered food from Mochachos today, just before 1 PM, and were extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The food took more than an hour to arrive, so we contacted the shop to inquire about the delay. The business owner blamed the delivery driver and took no responsibility for the late arrival. When the food finally arrived, it was inedible—a complete disaster. The bun was mouldy, the food smelled terrible, and half of the order was missing!
We immediately called Mochachos Morley to report the issue, expressing our concerns about the serious health risk posed by the mouldy bread. To our shock, the owner responded dismissively, offering only a partial refund despite the appalling quality of the food. When we insisted on a full refund, he hung up on us and subsequently blocked our number.
We tried to reach him over 10 times, but he kept rejecting our calls. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a business that handles food. We have since reported this incident to the Department of Health due to the health hazards, as well as lodging a formal complaint with Consumer Protection.
If you care about your health and want to avoid a frustrating and unpleasant experience, steer clear of this place. This was not just bad service—it was a complete disregard for customer health and safety.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

I placed an order through their website, no issues didn’t mention anything about being closed or that there would be issues fulfilling the order. Online stated and estimated 25-30 minutes order time. The money came out of my account and a text was received to say my order had been received and a collection time would be sent shortly.

No collection time was sent. I headed to the restaurant and upon arrival was stunned to find the store was closed despite it being 8:30pm and their website, google and store window stating store hours 11am - 9pm.

Also now no way to contact anyone for my refund to be processed. All other food stores other than big chain fast food close at 9 so now left with minimal options due to lack of communication. This was my first time ordering and it is safe to say I won’t be back.

Either stick to your store hours or shut down your website if closing early.

Horrendous experience. Years ago they served me raw chicken and I got a refund. Moved back into my house today and felt like giving them another go. Ordered via ubereats and waited an hour. Had 4 drivers cancel because of the wait. They ended up cancelling at the 1.15 hr mark. Will never go here again. Avoid at all costs. Starving family we went out to red rooster instead and had the feast of our lives
