+ve 1. Easy to locate. 2. Female owner is friendly and chatty. 3. Food is tasty （for my taset bud） -ve 1. Female owner unable to speak mandarin. 2. A little pricey for Surabaya living standard. 3. Environment is stuffy and warm.
