It is crowded during lunch break. Better come off peak hours. Service was okay. Food are the same like any outlet. There are self-ordering machines. However, some of the machines are unable to scan Grabpay. Most seats are available on the lower deck.

I would like to commend the Shift Manager in Charge, Ferry for his excellent service and helping me adjust my order because they ran out of their apple pie. He took the initiative and made sure that the customers interest is first. Well done!

Arrived here for a short coffee break. When I was there, the crowd was much lesser than expected. Ordered an Iced Latte, barista made. Since there weren't any active orders, my coffee came significantly faster. The seats were in abundance, which correlated to the lesser crowd. There were two levels, which is why it can accommodate more people. Cleanliness was good, as usual. Overall, a good place to grab a quick bite or meal!

Very friendly staff! I mobile ordered and I guess they forgot a drink from my order but staff quickly remedied upon me asking. Seat layout is a bit awkward (some seats are in direct sunlight). Iced green tea is super sweet, would not recommend. Limited edition Cinamoroll cushion is super small as well! Thought it might be bigger.

Dropped by McDonald’s Suntec around 11am and just wanted to highlight the great service I received from Sheryl at the counter. Despite the pre-lunch crowd starting to build, she was patient, polite, and handled everything with a calm confidence. She repeated my order to make sure everything was correct and even gave a small smile that honestly made my day. It’s not often that fast food service feels personal, but Sheryl made it feel that way. It was a short interaction, but it left a strong impression. Really appreciated the way she carried herself—hope management sees the value she brings.
