Definitely a bang for your buck if ZALORA has a super sale. Most retailers or online shops won’t go down low in price for Nike AF1 ‘07 sneakers.

Worst e-commerce experience ever. I received 2 pairs of footwear that seemed ok but spoiled after 3 wears. Each pair costs $50 and Zalora refuse to refund. The customer service took forever to get back but also refuse to acknowledge that this is a fault of theirs even though I have shared photos as proof. I have never gotten a pair of shoes that started to disintegrate after 3 wears. It was clear that the product was in storage for too long.

Zalora's ops is terrible compared to modern e-commerce platforms.

Order cancellation does not lead to instant store credit/voucher refund, whereas Lazada/Shopee would've refunded these immediately.

Contacting their live agents would not help either as they do not have control over ops and will only ask you to wait.

The discount and promo systems are messy and opaque.

Do not buy their gift card codes as they do not stack with their cart vouchers, and that seems to be the biggest scam of them all.

When your store is running time-limited discounts and flash sales, it's completely unacceptable that your voucher refund takes an entire day to process. Is your order management system coded by a team of monkeys?

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Zalora’s delivery service. Despite making full payment, my order was delayed for over a week past the promised delivery date. The delivery personnel failed to follow proper procedures, such as calling the intercom or requesting lift access from the guardhouse, and instead, they claimed that a missed call from an unknown number counted as a delivery attempt.

I was at home during the time they claimed to have attempted delivery, yet I never received any call through the intercom. This proves that no real attempt was made to deliver my order. Instead of taking responsibility and ensuring a proper delivery, Zalora canceled my order without any resolution.

I have never had such issues with any other delivery service—even when I was not home, my parcels were always delivered to my doorstep without problems. This entire experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable.

Zalora needs to improve its delivery partners and customer service instead of shifting the blame to customers. I do not recommend ordering from them.

Bought luxury bags from Zalora and were delivered by Janio. As super lousy service as Ninja Van. Left the whole parcel at doorsteps and as usual, spend time take photo and refuse to press the doorbell. The area where my parcel was left was so visible and close to the lift. Don't buy from them unless you don't mind having your blood pressure shoot up, getting template response and also, making police report for parcel loss. I'm NOT going to buy from any seller and platform that use Ninja Van and Janio! NEVER!
