The best vegan/vegetarian malaysian restaurant in Perth! We don't go down this way very often but make sure to have a meal at Little Beans whenever we do, and sometimes make the drive just to satisfy our hawker food cravings. It's a small family-run business and they are some of the friendliest and kindest people, and very accommodating of dietary requirements. My favourites are the wonton noodles, laksa, nasi lemak and duck rice. Make sure to leave some space for tau foo fah for dessert!
Really sad to read all the bad reviews. Have been here a few times over the years and always had amazing fresh food. I've eaten all over Asia, and the food here is authentic. Most recently ate here for my birthday and the food and service was great. Pricing is on par for Perth. The only thing I would say is I wish it was all vegan, but that is my personal preference of course. I hope LBG manages to stay open ?
as a nonvegetarian i have to say this is a really neat vegetarian place- got imitation chicken katsu with curry udon. they give a LOT of chicken disproportionately to the noodles, personally would prefer if it was more balanced but overall it’s small matter. the chicken is SO crispy and tasty that i don’t even really pick up on the fact it’s not actual chicken. curry is also great. one small suggestion i would’ve like to see is carrot and potato pieces in the curry because the sprouts on top are quite small and essentially garnish atp will be back, really like this stuff
It’s my first time here and I’ll definitely come back again!! Shop is warm and cozy, food and service is great! It’s one of the best vegetarian food I’ve eaten in Perth ? Highly recommend the curry puffs!! It’s super good!! ????????????????????
I had a great experience at this vegan restaurant! We ordered the Penang curry noodle and the BBQ vegan chicken rice — both dishes were absolutely delicious. The Penang curry had a rich, creamy flavor with just the right amount of spice, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The BBQ vegan chicken rice was just as impressive — the vegan “chicken” had a great texture and smoky flavor that really hit the spot, and it paired so well with the fragrant rice. The portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone, vegan or not!
