The Kneading Peace Café indeed is a hidden gem in Melaka. Here you can get great coffee and delicious food all served in a cozy atmosphere and surrounded by lovely staff. I stayed in the guest room that comes with a beautiful outdoor shower and felt very much at home here. Definitely the best accommodation I had during my travels in Malaysia!

I was in Melacca for 4 days and I visited this place everyday! Found it by chance and loved it! The place was located very near the Jonker Street and offered good view for people watching. It was well decorated with many zones. They also have kids area inside and card games you can play. The coffee was nice and their homemade ice-cream was superb! Banana pancake was also available in vegan and it’s also delicious. I like that they provide free drinking water. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend visiting.

The most sweet and lovely cafe and friendly people in Malaysia!! 100% worth a visit We came (about a month ago - sorry for the late review) for breakfast and coffee and tried the brand new menu item of mango pancakes! They were so so so so tasty! And the chef and manager were so interested in our feedback on the food. The story behind Kneading Space is wonderful and it was great to hear about their origins and the work they are doing! Thank you ☺️

The passionfruit ice cream is life-changing :) Don’t miss it! A must-visit for anyone who values good food, good people, and a good cause. This cafe supports refugee-focused initiatives, and you can feel the heart behind everything they do. One staff member was especially kind — helping us even when the place was closed, and later sharing stories and warmth that made us feel truly at home

A lovely little vegetarian café and guesthouse in Melakka with very nice people working there. The vegan mango pancake was amazing and they not only have good food but also support a good cause: they are part of Sameskies which supports refugees in Malaysia and Indonesia. And on top of that, they have a nice little art gallery, which is worth a look when you come visit!
