I ordered two family-sized pizzas, expecting a delicious meal, but what arrived was incredibly disappointing. Both pizzas were soggy, tasteless, and lacked any appealing texture or flavor. When I reached out to the chef to politely explain the issues with my order, I was met with arrogance instead of accountability. He refused to accept any feedback, brushing off my concerns with a condescending attitude, claiming he knew how to make pizza. Well, if he did, he would recognize that soggy, wet pizza is unacceptable! I’ve shared photos here to show just how poorly these pizzas were made.

The experience was salvaged only by the wonderful staff who took my order and handled the delivery; they were professional and courteous. However, the chef and the owner were rude and disrespectful, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for good pizza and decent service, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. This place is simply not worth it!

It’s definitely pizza but I’m not going to be raving to anyone about it.
Garlic bread was very disappointing. Listed as footlong on their website and fell short on my tape measure.
It’s just prepurchased cheap garlic bread.
Would have been great if made on Turkish bread or anything not just a $2 loaf from the supermarkets.

Pizza lacked flavour and base wasn’t bread like.
All in all it was fine and not worth complaining over but we won’t be giving them another shot.

Housemate said “it tastes like my mum’s pizza toppings and I’m not overly fond of my mum’s pizzas.”

Also received Coke Zero instead of Pepsi Max as per order - no phone call to confirm, nothing.

Hi,

I recently placed an order from Kasim’s Pizza, and I’m extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The pizza we received was not presentable at all—it looked messy, had an unpleasant smell, and tasted bad. Unfortunately, it was not up to any reasonable quality standard.

To make matters worse, when we contacted the owner to raise our concerns, we were shocked by the unprofessional and abusive response we received. This is completely unacceptable and reflects extremely poor customer service.

Instead of offering a resolution such as a replacement or an apology, we were treated with disrespect. Due to this experience, I will not be ordering from Kasim’s Pizza again and will be advising others to do the same.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously to avoid such incidents in the future.
