Above average Indian food. Everything was pretty good, the garlic naan was probably the only 8+/10 item. The sauce was distinctly lacking flavour and any kind of spice to it. Very similar taste across the dishes. The biryani wasn’t layered at all, tasted like it hadn’t been stewing. There are plenty better places to go, Delhi Club in Chungking Mansions blows this out of the water.
Kailash Parbat is a chill spot for family foodie outings on the weekend and perhaps also during the week as it’s not super loud and noisy, their seating is comfortable and tables are clean. The chef is northern indian so the food has its own unique northern twist. The gobi manchurian and pulao rice were ?. Not overly salty and not overly greasy, just right! The appetizer - sev puri was filled with toppings. A good example of an appetizer that makes the appetites of those that are dining even bigger!
Best Indian vegetarian food restaurant of hongkong. Authentic taste of all dishes. Staff and management is excellent. Lots of variety of Indian dishes available. Must visit for foodies.
