I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kafei Dian cafe, renowned for its nasi lemak ayam goreng. The nasi lemak ayam here is truly delicious! The fragrant coconut rice was perfectly cooked, the fried chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the sambal had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. I also like the boiled egg and cucumber slices. Everything was fresh and of high quality.

2nd day of Raya, 6pm (cloudy). Glad that there's no crowd :). Would advise you not to park at the carpark, as it costs Rm11 per entry (SUPER expensive, unless you got your stuff to do). Not sure if its hot on a sunny day, now it's cooling (lots of fan). Chicken rendang nasi lemak (pandan rice, it's ok only coz both rice & rendang is not serve hot. ), Cheese Chicken Ham croissant is nice (crispy croissant, melted cheese n butter) & lastly Hainan Chicken Chop ( nicely fried, comes with bun, eggs, bake beans n a huge piece of chicken). Food is a ok, you won't find a WOW after the first bite.

We chanced upon this establishment while riding around. We had planned to have breakfast at another spot nearby, but the place was overly crowded. We love the vibe of Kafe Dian. The decor is impressive. The layout feels homely and welcoming. What we ordered, we enjoyed it. Good, well-prepared quality food. Very popular with day trippers , cyclist and tourist and it does get crowded pretty fast. Must return to try the other items on the menu. It's calling out to us.

Super touristy spot. To be honest, it’s more touristy than good. Good spot to try maybe different local delights in a comfortable environment with decent service. Some of the items were sold out when we were there and Assam laksa took forever to arrive.

A Hidden Gem with Authentic Charm We stumbled upon this lovely restaurant and decided to stop in for a light bite—and we were far from disappointed! The food was delicious, bursting with flavor, and the coffee was truly exceptional. What really drew us in was the warm, local vibe; the place was filled with regulars, always a good sign. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our meals arrived promptly without feeling rushed. A wonderful spot for great food and a genuine atmosphere—highly recommend!
