HS16, Kailash Colony Market, Greater Kailash-1, Kailash Colony, Greater Kailash, New Delhi, Delhi 110048, India
I recently dined at Juggernaut Restaurant in East of Kailash and had a delightful experience. The food was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes that were both flavorful and well-presented. The ambience was equally impressive, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. However, I did notice an area that could use improvement. The restaurant’s seating reservation system needs attention. Hospitality truly begins at the door, and it’s important to ensure that guests, especially elderly patrons, are not left standing for 30-40 minutes waiting for a table. Implementing a more efficient reservation system or providing comfortable waiting areas could greatly enhance the overall experience. Overall, Juggernaut Restaurant excels in food and ambience, but addressing the seating reservation issue would make it an even better place to dine
An amazing place for South Indian cuisine. Easily among my favourites. Everything right from when you enter- the decor, the wallpapers, the vibe and even the washrooms, put you right in the middle of a very tasteful South Indian aesthetic. The food is great, they have a variety of options and amazing Thalis which I usually prefer to get. The preparation is great and the service is quick and courteous as well. The portion sizes are big too. It is a well known name and it shows right from when you take your first bite. You can order almost anything from their menu without thinking twice. Since it is in GK, during peak hours and peak seasons parking can be an issue. So plan ahead. There could also be some waiting due to the popularity of this place. I recommend getting their special Thalis so that you get a full meal as well as get to taste a variety of their dishes. Would definitely recommend!
I love the dosa so much that I returned three times during my short stay! It was cooked to perfection and they could make it less spicy, though I had to send it back once ? Their masala is special with the fennel seeds. Their card machines don’t accept international cards, so bring cash. Could easily walk in for a weekday lunch (you can go straight upstairs), but weekends usually will have a queue - put your name down at the front desk. They have a shop downstairs and they also welcome you with a tika.
This place is mainly famous for freshly prepared delicious authentic South Indian food. A North Indian, like me, has to seek clarification of what is the dish mentioned in the menu. The ambience is completely South Indian with fragrance and flower spread around making it a must visit place. Guest are initially treated to a papadum and rasam glass as appetizer. Located on second and third floor, there is a lift to take you to the restaurant. On the whole, worth a visit.
Good South Indian option in Delhi. Biggest USP it opens at 6 am when most of Delhi is sleeping. One of the few places that open this early. Great menu for south Indian options. Washroom has a character and so does the entire place. A bit pricey but I guess ok for it’s premium location and decor.
