I recently visited Izgara for the first time, and it was such a memorable experience! The Turkish bread was incredibly crispy and paired perfectly with their hummus. The char-grilled chicken kebab stole the show with its perfect blend of taste and presentation. The beef rump cap şiş kebab was equally delightful—juicy, fatty, and full of savory flavor. We ended the meal with their muhallebi, a sweet pudding with crispy textures, which was a perfect dessert to close the evening. The mocktails, Apricot Hi-Ball and Pomegranate Sour, were refreshing and balanced, adding a nice touch to the meal. The restaurant also offers set menu options starting at $69 per person, which is a great value for the quality and variety of food. Highly recommended for an authentic and delightful Turkish dining experience!
Phenomenal food and service. The menu is small and I still couldn’t even order everything I wanted to try… need to come back with friends so we can share! The olives and halloumi were something special. Cozy atmosphere as well.
This modern Turkish restaurant serves traditional food but with a modern twist. The in house made borek was one of the best I’ve eaten in Sydney. Loved every dish. Highly recommend
