The elderly lady serving us is extremely friendly. She gave each of us a mandarin and a cup of sweet tea on the house. She wished us happiness and took our order from the counter. It's a low key place and I feel the purpose of the restaurant wasn't so much to make a profit as a business but a place to welcome people, make them feel happy and set them on their merry way. The vegan dishes here are tasty and naturally do not include onions, garlic, or chili. The menu is simple but there were enough choices and has a homely feel to them. When we were leaving, she even gave us two portions to take away, as a partinggift. We never thought we'd find such a generous vegan restaurant in the city of Sydney. It was such a pleasant surprise.

You know the food is gonna be delicious when the menus are written out by hand. Amazing place, food is extremely good value. The staff are friendly and welcoming. As best I can tell it's all vegan. We ate half the menu...granted there was only 3 dishes, but that goes to show that you don't need a million options when your food tastes this good. I think this was the first time I've had tofu that tastes juicy. Awesome stuff, and only $10!

Super yummy $10 pho with complimentary iced tea! Uncle brought over complimentary grapes and plums towards the end of our meal. Auntie also gave us a free hot cross bun each and wished us happiness when we left. Very tasty and thank you very much! Will definitely be back.

It’s a no onion, garlic, and chili Vietnamese vegan restaurant. The broth of Pho is so nice, pretty fresh, and a bit sweet from the cabbage and vegetables with tofu. My husband had a cold few days ago and this is def what he wants for now! The Bun is dried rice noodles with more flavored tofu. I like it so much. Good portion in a cheap price! We got some grapes and tea as well. Can totally understand why the rating is high, this place is warm, and they treat you just like you go to grandparents’ houses, they try to make you full and have something to go with ❤️

One unforgettable experience! ?✨ Arrived there just after 11am, it said open but the door was locked and nobody didn’t seem to be there. I then called the phone listed on Google and the lady answered my call and said that they would be there in 2 mins. When she arrived, she gave me a warm welcome and told me to check the menu and have a seat while she tried to set up at the kitchen. There were also another two people came in at the same time as me which appeared to be regulars. The place looked very homey and surprisingly they only have 3 main menus: Phở, Bún and Cởm which you can choose the toppings. Because it was windy and cold, I had Phở with lemongrass tofu. While waiting for the food, the lady gave me some traditional tea to enjoy. ?? When the phở arrived, it didn’t look like any typical phở I know. They used rice vermicelli noodles instead the wide rice noodles. The soup was very refreshing loaded with tofu which was very tasty, lettuce and mince gingers on top. It tasted like the real homemade comfort food made with love by your grandma. ??? When I asked for some chili, they said they don’t have chili only ginger to keep your body warm. They also don’t use onion and garlic and the provided soy sauce on each table. After finished eating and was going to pay, the lady held me and gave me some apples to eat for desert. Before paying, she also gave me some rice crackers for free which I saw them giving it away to the other people! The chef also went out to see me at the cashier. Because he couldn’t speak English, the lady helped translating the conversation. He gave me some nice advice about my work and life in general which I really didn’t expect it!! He said I can come and visit him anytime another for more wisdoms. I told them that I don’t live in Sydney but will definitely visit them again when I come back and he gave me another apple for the road. They are just so humble and very kind which rare to find nowadays!! ?? If you want some REAL hospitality experience, make sure you visit this place!! ?
