????? I had an amazing breakfast buffet experience at Graze Kitchen, Hilton Colombo. The food was delicious, and the variety was impressive. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making our visit even more special. They surprised us with a complimentary cake for my wife’s birthday, which was truly a thoughtful gesture. I highly appreciate their exceptional service and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!

Went here for a dinner buffet on a saturday. It opens from 7pm to 11pm and offers two seating rounds. The seating area is small and compact compared to other star class buffets. The key highlight of this buffet is that it offers unlimited beverages (soft), tea, coffee, cappucino, etc. without extra charge, which is unseen in other buffets. Cuisine ranged from Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Sri Lankan, and South indian. IMO, dessert corner has room for more improvement since it is very limited. Also, the number of action stations were very low, and in them, the chef was missing each time I went to grab a bite. Because of those two points, this buffet loses my 5 star rating. Hope they will improve it. Food tasted great. Staff was super courteous. The ambience was great. Price per head as of 2025 May was Rs 9344 with tax. For that price tag, is it worth it. May be. Should go and have a taste and decide.

I visited Graze Kitchen twice for the breakfast buffet this year. They have a very good breakfast spread of different cusines and all types of food both hot and cold. I especially loved the pastries. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I booked through the Hilton website which is very easy to navigate and use and had no issues when I got there. I will most definitely go again and hope to try out the other dining options in the future.
