it's one of the few peruvian restaurant in hong kong. the place is nicely furnished like really in peru, that's a good vibes. quite a lot to choose from the menu and they're new to us to explore what's peruvian cuisine! the appetizers were lovely, especially the raw marinated fish mix, very special flavour. the fried dumpling was also nice, quite big so if you're coming only 2 pax, i think it would quickly fill up the stomach. then the main we had the peruvian grill, again quite big portion! then not to miss finally the churros to end the meal. food was good overall, but we didn't enjoy much with the drinks here. the place was very busy, booking in advance is recommended. more travel ideas, photos & videos?? follow me on ig: food.n.cats.not1less
Located in one of the most famous street of Soho, you get transported to Peru as soon as you are on the door step with a Llama ? awaiting for you. On a serious note, food is delicious and in point. After travelling to Peru, I can tell you that this restaurant is giving the absolute translation of what is the original cuisine of this beautiful country. Chef Abel is really talented and already opened 2 successful restaurants. Try any of his ceviche for sure, croquettes and steak. Their desserts are delicious as well ?
Nestled in the heart of Central, this Peruvian restaurant offers a vibrant and unforgettable dining experience. The fusion of bold flavors and fresh ingredients captures the essence of Peru perfectly. **Ceviche Classico**: A refreshing start to the meal, the ceviche showcased delicate cuts of fish cured in zesty lime juice, complemented by the tang of red onions and a hint of chili. Each bite was bursting with bright, invigorating flavors. **Beef Empanadas**: These golden pockets of delight were filled with tender, flavorful beef, seasoned with just the right amount of spice. The flaky pastry added a satisfying crunch, making them a comforting yet exciting dish. **Fire Main Course**: The restaurant's signature dish stole the show—a perfectly grilled creation with smoky undertones and bold spices that delighted the palate. The dish was hearty and indulgent, earning its place as a standout feature. **Red Wine**: Pairing the meal was a glass of rich, velvety red wine that enhanced every flavor on the plate, tying the culinary experience together with elegance. --- With its lively ambiance, skillful preparation, and authentic flavors, this Peruvian gem in Central is a must-visit for anyone craving a taste of South America!
went on monday evening no wait. good vibes, pretty menu, decent amt of seating. food was high quality ofc. got the peruvian grill (pure meat and lots of it), porn tamal, ceviche classico (sold out of octopus).
Food was great overall Had scallop, fried truffle/mushroom and salad for starters, and multi meat main course in variation of sausage, beef and chicken, and we chose French fries and garlic rice as sides. Drinks were decent as well, and cocktail taste good. It was a bit pricy, but worth it. (4/5) Service was good, waitress was nice and caring, got prop hats for photo shooting (was celebrating a friend's birthday) (4.5/5) Overall a good experience, would love to come back for more. (4/5)
