I always like to start off with the negatives, as that establishes a baseline for anyone reading reviews and deciding whether or not to visit the place - You know this is the worst you can get. And if that is acceptable to you, you should try the place. * relatively expensive * most items mediocre only Onto review proper. Nice place, tuck in one quiet corner of the mall so you wont see long waiting queue in front of the place. Clean, bright, simple scandinavian always work for me. Ordered omurice and pasta for main. Both are relatively expensive and taste mediocre. They are not worth paying $17-20. I would suggest the restaurant takes $5 off the dish. Kiseki pancakes, on the other hand, are the best I have tasted! Easily my “best in Singapore”. So light, so fluffy, so yummy! Preparation time is a little long but the pancakes are sooooo worth the wait! Everything is presented beautiful, very insta-worthy. 2 adults 2 kids : total bill SGD150. Overall, deducted 1 star for being on the expensive end.

Overall, everything was good - the ambience was pleasant, the food was delicious, and the location was very convenient. The experience was enjoyable and relaxing. However, the staff could still work on being more attentive. It would be nice if they could regularly look around, check on the tables, and see if customers need anything. A bit more attentiveness would make the dining experience even better.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a wonderful dinner at Flippers Café (Westgate Mall) with my kid, and it was such an enjoyable experience from start to finish. We ordered the hot chili popcorn chicken, which was crispy, juicy, and just the right level of spice. The Flippers fries with nacho cheese were a hit — perfectly fried and generously coated with cheesy goodness, great for sharing. The highlight for me was the Mentaiko Cream Omurice Wagyu Hamburg: rich, creamy, and comforting, with a soft fluffy omelette and a flavorful wagyu hamburg that felt very satisfying. The tomato soup was warm and hearty, a nice balance to the mains, and the hot honey lemon tea was soothing and refreshing — perfect to end the meal, especially for a relaxed family dinner. Service was friendly and efficient, and the open kitchen concept made it fun for my kid to watch the food being prepared. The overall atmosphere was casual, clean, and family-friendly. Definitely a great spot for a cozy meal with kids. Will be back again! 👍😊
