This is my favourite place to eat in Batam as they have this special dishes called telor tebu/ sugar cane flower or Fijian asparagus served in a wide variety of dishes. I think this place is only known to local due to the humble setting and they have WiFi too. The price is so affordable and location is 5 mins walk from the big Maitreya temple near to Batam center ferry terminal. Asparagus soup is also very nice. Petai fried rice, hot plate tofu and hot plate Kang Kong are very nice too. They have lots of juices too like avocado and Indonesian dishes like tempeh and nasi penyek. This place really has wide spread of vegetarian choices. Just that no air conditioning and the place is really of humble setting.

We bought delivery for the asparagus soup and petai fried rice and both were superbly delicious.
