I ordered a Mediterranean-style falafel bowl and a hummus bowl. The falafels were crunchy and tasty with spicy french fries. You get to choose which style you want for your bowl from Mediterranean, Asian, American, etc. It was very crowded on the weekend with mainly tourists who are probably vegan/vegetarian. It is a great spot if you love falafel and Mediterranean food.
The Vegetarian 5 Point Review – Falafel Brothers Taste The falafel sandwich, whether full or half, was the clear winner with a solid 9/10. Flavorful, well-balanced, and satisfying. Everything else missed the mark. The Rapper Falafel and Kaarage were dry, lacking sauces, and difficult to finish — both get a 5/10. The salad bowl was decent but unremarkable, around a 6/10. Ambience 6/10. Not much space to sit, especially during peak lunch hours when you might find yourself waiting in line. The tables are small, barely fitting two people, and it’s not very friendly for bigger groups. Works best as a quick solo or duo meal spot. Service 3/10. Started out fine, but when we needed another Pepsi mid-meal to help with the dry Kaarage and Rapper Falafel, it took 10 minutes to arrive. A drink shouldn’t take that long, especially when people are already eating. Felt like staff were rigidly following order queues without using a bit of common sense to prioritize active diners. Value for Money 9/10. Very affordable, especially considering how hard it can be to find solid vegetarian and vegan options in Japan. If you can overlook the slow service, the food — specifically the falafel sandwich — is excellent for the price. Recommendations Get the falafel sandwich and skip the rest unless they improve the dry items with better sauces. Go during off-peak hours if you want a seat, and don’t expect quick service if it’s crowded.
Whenever I’m travelling, I crave food from back home. We tried this place for a quick bite and ordered falafels. I was expecting them to be just like the ones from home with the white Tahini sauce. Instead they were hard and the sauce was not at all complimenting the falafels. Sorry!
