Really enjoyed celebrating my friend’s birthday here. There is a large food and drinks menu to choose from with lots of amazing choices (will definitely be back to try more). We had the $65 set menu, and it was quite filling actually!!! The ceviche was unlike anything I had had for a while, it was just so tangy, fresh and had a nice crunch to it. The meat was tender and flavourful. The Grenache paired really well with the food. Service was pleasant and attentive. Atmosphere was perfect too, I loved the decorations, ambience, and most importantly the noise level was great! Unlike other places where you have to shout to have a convo, the music was a nice level. Definitely will be back to celebrate future occasions.
Went for a last minute dinner and every single dish was delicious! The service/staff were also great! High recommend the salsa flight, it doesn't come with corn chips but the bean dip does which was a great combo. The green salsa from the salsa flight was very flavourful and the darkest one on the outside was nice and spicy with middle being a nice medium between the two. The salmon ceviche was delicious! The pork belly was SO soft and then crispy where it needed to be. I personally could have been okay with less sauce on the Brussels sprouts as I genuinely like brussels sprouts and felt it over took them a bit. The tres leches isn't what I'm used to as I've never had it with any citrus hints or chocolate powder on top. It seemed a bit more like a fusion of tres leches and tiramisu in a way. I personally prefer my tres leches really soft/moist but it was still really yummy! Also ordered the prawn taco and al pastor which were delicious! Ordered an extra spicy marg & the rim of this was also yummy. Will definitely recommend to friends and this is probably now a new favourite restaurant!
What a fantastic experience! Close out dinner for our 30 day trip to Australia and NZ. We were hosted by the incomparable Joey. She made the evening even better than expected. The venue is quiet, on the darker side and very comfortable. Even though it was a smaller space and quite busy, it was not loud at all. Very comfortable. We had pre-ordered their 1KG MBS6+ Waygu steak when making the reservation. Tried multiple items off the menu as appetizers and they were all excellent. They also had Fortaleza tequila available!!! Been trying to snag a bottle in NA, and it's sold out everywhere. Very memorable dinner and the perfect way to closeout a trip of a lifetime. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
This was our first taste of Mexican cuisine in Australia. The food was delicious, the ambiance was great, and there was a wide selection of tequilas, wine, cocktails, and more. We landed late and showed up without booking.. but they were kind enough to seat us at the bar for dinner - not bad at all! That said, if you prefer a table, it’s definitely best to book in advance
We had dinner here last night and went with the Chef’s Menu and matching beverage package - everything was absolutely delicious! The lamb shoulder was a highligh, so tender and full of flavour. Our lovely Italian waitress, Claudia, was amazing and made us feel super welcome with her big happy smile. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu! ?
