I’ve had takeout from Coletta a few times, but recently had the pleasure of dining in for the first time, and it did not disappoint! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was fast. As someone who has a gluten-free diet, I truly appreciate the wide variety of options they offer. The pizza is outstanding. I’ve tried both the Margherita and the Wild Mushroom Truffle and I can honestly say the crust is incredible. It’s so perfectly crispy and flavorful that I couldn’t even tell it was gluten-free. This is hands down the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve also tried the vodka sauce pasta and the Carbonara. Both were fantastic! I was especially impressed with the Carbonara. I have no idea how they managed to achieve such a rich, yolky flavor, but it was spot on. I highly recommend both of these pasta dishes. There are still a few other menu items I’m eager to try, but I’d be remiss not to mention the mocktail I had. It was one of the most unique and delicious mocktails I’ve ever tasted. Though I can’t remember the exact name, it featured smoked cinnamon sticks, pomegranate, chocolate, and apple, a truly delightful combination. While I thoroughly enjoyed the strawberry panna cotta for dessert, I do wish they had a more substantial gluten-free dessert option, like a tiramisu or something rich and chocolatey. All in all, Coletta is fantastic and I will definitely be back for more!

Dinner at Coletta was one of the highlights of our trip. I will definitely come back to this restaurant every time I visit New York! The plant-based calamari was delicious and so similar to my memories of real calamari...unbelievable. The ravioli and salad were excellent. The pizza was up there with the best plant-based pizzas I've ever had. The tiramisu probably takes the crown for best vegan tiramisu. Service was great as well. My wife wants to go back to NYC already and I think it's for Coletta!

Coletta is a stylish Italian bistro with the cozy kind of vibe that makes you want to settle in for a long meal. This isn’t your ordinary Italian restaurant. It’s a vegan and kosher Italian restaurant. Their knowledgeable staffs are very happy to go over the menu in detail if you have any questions. The olive and rosemary bread is unreal. Hands down one of the best ever. The meatballs? They look, taste, and even feel like the real deal. Perfectly browned on the outside, tender inside, and packed with rich savory flavor that confuses your taste buds. Coletta even has a steak filet that taste and feels like the real thing. Cocktails are smooth as silk but sneakily strong. Whether you go for something fruity or more spirit-forward, they’ve mastered the balance of taste and potency. Coletta nails that indulgent, comforting Italian experience without animal cruelty. It’s the kind of place that makes you forget you’re eating vegan.

Came here on 4/4 for a birthday celebration, and it was the best. This is the third of Chef Guys restaurants that I've visited in the past 2 weeks and by far my favorite one. The staff were super sweet and attentive. The manager was amazing, he personally stopped at my table for a brief chat about Sports with my boyfriend. Kevin, our server was great and very cheerful, gave some recommendations. Drinks we had were : Kiss & Tell mocktail, Ciao Bella & Fumo Di Mare. Recommend all 3. We had the garlic knots ? and margarita pizza. The pizza was baked to perfection. I had the spaghetti carbonara & my boyfriend had the special of the night. It was my first time ever having carbonara and I don't regret this being where I tried it first. We also had the chicken spiedini which definitely makes you forget it's not real meat. The flavoring and textures of all the food was spot on. The overall friendliness of the entire staff from entry to exit was sweet, every staff member acknowledged you on your way out. Our table was quickly cleaned up of empty dishes and replaced with new clean Utensils when needed. The attentiveness of Colettas staff definitely made this my top restaurant out of the others, aside from the food of course.

Dining at Coletta was an extraordinary experience. From the moment we arrived, Erick, our server, welcomed us with genuine warmth and gracious hospitality. He thoughtfully introduced us to Russell, the manager, who ensured we received exceptional service—not only at Coletta but also during our visit to Le Basque in New York City. In a city known for its world-class cuisine, Coletta delivered an experience that truly rivals a Michelin five-star restaurant. Their plant-based menu is a masterclass in flavor, elegance, and creativity. Each dish was beautifully crafted and deeply satisfying. A special thank you to the chef, whose culinary artistry transforms plants into dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious—true edible art that celebrates the best of vegan cuisine. Gratitude to Erick and Russell for making our evenings so memorable. We’ll definitely be returning! ?✨
