What I like the most about the menu is that it is customisable The atmosphere and ambience os pretty good. The staff are generally helpful even during peak dinner hour. The dessert took slightly longer to arrive. :) one of the staff very friendly offered to top up my drink. The Thai indo fusion is done well for the mass market. The prices are very reasonable considering. It was fully packed We thought all the dishes were pretty good. Four or 4.5 stars out of five. The taste and texture was pretty good really. Of course you want fine this is not fine dining. Haha but it’s quite tasty and appetising lah. Great Taste Thai Food at the Center of Orchard Road! A must visit if you are looking for Authentic Thai Food. Great staff services as well ? Lots of Vegetarian Options!

I have been here a few times, I’m very happy with the environment, staffs excellent service and the food promotion set. Taste good and worth the price. I would like compliment Ms Azlizah for her excellent service. She is very friendly helpful and cheerful always. In May she helped me arranged a dept dinner gathering. Really impressed her good service and arrangement. Will definitely come back again.

We love the vegetarian food options at Bali Thai and have visited their various branches. Our last visit was for lunch at Ngee Ann city. The ambience and service was superb. We ordered veg green curry, steamed rice, phad Thai noodles, crackers, iced milk tea and lemongrass drink. Everything was perfect as always.

Recommend the crab meat omelette. Came here for lunch with colleagues and portions were big for 6 of us. Food was good! Very flavorful. The drinks were nice too. All of us were very full after. Nice place to share food.
