Hands down, this was the best noodle place we've been to. These noodles are a Xinjiang cuisine, and you have to try them. The noodles are freshly made in the back as well as the soup. There are no prepped plastic bags that they heat up. Everything appears freshly made in the back with a clear window to the kitchen. The lamb skewers were also amazing. We wish we had more time to come back and try their other dishes. 110% would recommend.

I have to say in BK this is the best Chinese food I've tasted and even better it's halal therefore it's for anyone. It's my second time visiting this place and the food taste is as delicious as my 1st. If u are into authentic Chinese food this place is highly recommended !!!

Price point is on the higher side, but taste wise it was pretty good. There were hits and misses. I am not too sure how xinjiang cuisine is supposed to taste, but I have had enough of similar dishes to tell if they taste good or otherwise. The stir fried cabbage was surprisingly the highlight of the meal. The vegetable itself was sweet and fresh. Despite the cooking, it maintained its crunch while removing the rawness. The aromatics took the dish to the next level. The fragrance, coupled with the tangling spiciness, elevated the entire tastebud experience. For someone who dislikes flower peppercorn, I spent a great amount of time trying to pick them out to prevent mishaps of accidentally biting into one. Suggestion for the restaurant to sieve out the spices after getting the aroma into the oil. The minced beef bun- while the dough maintained a nice chew and had a golden crispy exterior, the filling inside was lacking flavour. The meat was too finely minced to have any texture, resulting in a rather mushy bite. As for the bbq sticks, they were well-seasoned, but I would go easy on the salt. Most of them were too salty for one to eat them in its own without the staple. The mutton had a good fats to meat ratio. The beef on the other hand tasted rather stiff, without visible fats. For those who cannot take spiciness, you might consider asking the staff to cut down on the chilli flakes. I had a few runs to the toilet to rid them of my system. Overall, the food was flavourful, environment was clean, and staff was courteous. If you don’t mind the price and are looking for something different from the usual, this would be a good consideration.

Loved it, though it's quiet pricey, mostly for tourists I'm guessing. Loved the skewers, though the beef skewer was quiet small, it tasted incredibly good.
