As an experienced Persian costumer I can tell This place offers the most delicious Persian stew kebabs in town. I have been there more than 10 times and quality was always the same, juicy Koobide and wings kebab are my favourites. Recommend to all nationalities! With lovely polite welcoming staff ?

Recently, I had a craving for something a bit different and decided to treat myself to an exotic experience at Kebab House. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the cozy interior, with warm lighting and intriguing decor featuring images of nature and ancient Arabic architecture on the walls. The ambiance truly invites you to relax and enjoy your meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, though service could be a touch quicker at times. Nonetheless, they were always willing to offer menu suggestions and answer any questions with a smile. As for the food, it was hearty and satisfying. The kebab was juicy and perfectly seasoned, with a generous portion of rice that left me more than satisfied. Among the dishes, I stumbled upon an Olivier salad — and though it had an Arabic twist, it tasted just like my grandmother used to make, which brought a lovely wave of nostalgia. The seating is comfortable, with charming wooden-style tables and chairs that enhance the inviting atmosphere. An added bonus is the option to rent the second floor for private events like birthdays, weddings, or memorial gatherings. It’s refreshing that there’s no extra fee for bringing your own cake or drinks, making it a convenient choice for special occasions. One thing that especially stands out is the international and welcoming environment. There’s a clear openness here, with a mix of people from all backgrounds, and a refreshing absence of any xenophobic or homophobic undertones. The inclusive atmosphere really makes you feel at ease and reinforces the warmth of the space. In all, Kebab House is a delightful spot for those who appreciate a generous meal and a cozy setting. There may be a few minor areas for improvement, but it’s well worth the visit — great value, a warm atmosphere, and plenty of positive impressions.

the vibe in here was very calm and homely. food was really really good, and service was friendly and excellent, with plenty of smiles and help. their pricing too, was pretty good and very reasonable.

Lovely Persian style kebab house in Perth and while Perth struggles to keep any decent Persian restaurant running for a while but this place raises the hopes. We tried Vaziri Kebab (a mix of chicken saffron and minced lamb kebab with saffron rice) and it truly resembled what we remembered from an authentic Persian kebabs. Chicken was so fresh and tender, minced lamb kebab was light and well seasoned and the rice was served with butter and grilled tomato making the mix spot on. Cannot wait for our next round :)

Delicious koobideh and jujeh, perfect for everybody who would like to try delicious Iranian cuisine. 440 William Street Kebab House is a wonderful restaurant and I will definitely be returning-with more friends!??
