Rejoice Singaporeans & Malaysians! Designated VTL flight schedules are finally here so it's time to get your flight bookings done! Six airlines will be operating flights between Changi Airport, KLIA and KLIA2. Under the scheme, visitors using VTL flights only are not required to undergo quarantine in both Singapore and KL. As of now, travelling through land links still subjects visitors to mandatory quarantine but it may change soon! Until then, here's a list of the airlines operating between Singapore and Malaysia ?

You may check each of the airlines' websites to find more info about fare or you can read our article on estimated flight fares. Do note the fares mentioned here are estimated ones only and may vary depending on the day and time you check on the airlines' websites.

Travelling Guide Under VTL

Under the scheme, fully vaccinated travellers landing in Changi Airport won't need to serve a Stay-Home Notice. Instead they are required to take two Covid-19 tests, either a PCR or ART. One has to be taken prior to departure and again upon arrival in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur. However, you do need to remain isolated until your result comes out negative in either countries.

On top of that, for Malaysians wishing to enter Singapore under VTL (short-term visitors and long-term pass holders) will need to apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass and applications will open on Nov 22 at 10AM. They would also need to a book a pre-departure PCR test before returning to Kuala Lumpur. Here's a list of where you can get a PCR test under $145!
