- 10 to 13 fresh strawberries
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup whole milk (you can also coconut milk)
- Wash the strawberries, remove the top part and cut them into small pieces.
- In a small bowl, add ⅔ of chopped strawberries and sugar. Crush the strawberries and mix until well combined.
- Add the mixture into a pot and bring to a boil at medium-high heat. Let it boil for about 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes thick in texture like a puree, then leave it to cool down.
- Pour the puree into drinking glasses, then add milk and the remaining chopped strawberries.
- Serve and enjoy!
