Inter-district travel in Malaysia is often talked about during MCO, CMCO and RMCO. If you're living in the capital city of Malaysia, some of the questions that come to mind is "how many districts are there in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Selangor?" and "which area is listed under Kuala Lumpur and Selangor districts?" - don't worry, we are here to help!

How many districts are there in Kuala Lumpur?

Kuala Lumpur (KL) only has one district. If you're residing in Kuala Lumpur, you may travel to different areas within the Kuala Lumpur borders even during the inter-district travel ban in Malaysia.

How many districts are there in Putrajaya?

Putrajaya only has one district. If you're residing in Putrajaya, you may travel to different areas within the Putrajaya borders even during the inter-district travel ban in Malaysia.

How many districts are there in Selangor?

Selangor has nine administrative districts named Hulu Langat, Kuala Selangor, Petaling, Klang, Gombak, Sepang, Kuala Langat, Hulu Selangor and Sabak Bernam.
