The meats are marinated for over 24 hours and then smoked to perfection for a whopping 16 hours - a true labour of love! Perfect for curing a big appetite, go straight for their smoked barbecue platters (available for 2 to 10 pax) which includes slow-smoked beef, lamb and chicken, special homemade beef pie and three delicious sides.
Want something lighter? Try out the smoked beef brisket burger, barbecue lamb fries or have the two together. Both come served with a special homemade sambal barbecue sauce that gives an extra kick.
