The difference between yakiniku and other types of BBQ is its marinade and most importantly - beef quality!

Wagyu beef is graded between A1 to A12 (depending on its firmness, texture and fat concentration). An A4 to A5 grade is just the right amount of wagyu fats to give you that melt-in-your-mouth feeling, and not too overwhelming ?.
