Another Louisiana special you have to try is the Po'Boy (from $9.80)! This dish has an interesting history back in Louisiana - it used to be made by those who didn't have a lot of money would make sandwiches using French baguettes and whatever ingredients which were cheap and available. It used to be called "Poor Boys" but the South Louisiana accent pronounced it as Po'Boys. Once you order a Po'Boy, it'll be freshly cooked. The cheesesteak Po'Boy is a hot favourite - sliced ribeye is sauteed with onions, green peppers, beef gravy and cheddar cheese and stuffed in a buttered bun ?
