North-easters rejoice! It's time to add another cafe to the list of food in the North-East! The Apricus Cafe boasts a wonderful, chic interior that guarantees an “escapade from the hustle and bustle of the city life,” as the cafe puts it. Serving a variety of foods from pasta, donburi rice bowls and an all-day brunch menu, you will be spoiled for choice! We’ll walk you through what you can expect from this delectable menu from this new halal cafe in Singapore!

Walking into the cafe, you will be greeted by the Scandinavian-esque interior with a beautiful skylight. Plants decorate its ceiling edges, which ties in the muted, natural colours and textures of the place. The aesthetics of the place are captivating and certainly will appeal to the photographers out there! They’ll look amazing on your Instagram feed.
The food matches the vibe well, with options such as Tuscan Lamb Harissa Baked Egg, Norwegian Salmon Brown Butter Linguine, and staples like Fish and Chips.
Parents worry not! The cafe has kid-friendly options too, such as Chicken Karaage & Fries, or Beef Bolognese Pasta that sounds and looks just as appealing. The Apricus Cafe has a baby changing station in their washroom as well, so parents with newborns need not fret as well!
If you are just looking to relax, come and try out their many desserts and beverage options! They offer Matcha Lava Cake, which uses Niko Neko Yuri Matcha, or their Peanut Butter & Jelly Sundae with roasted rice soft serve, peanut butter, raspberry sauce and elderflower jelly. It’s decorated with edible flowers as well! You can add on a buttermilk waffle to the Sundaes, which adds a touch of grandiose to your pictures.

One of the must-tries at The Apricus Cafe is their speciality coffee from 2° North Coffee Co., which has been represented in many barista championships! There are also cold brews on the menu and seasonal filter coffee, which changes occasionally (do enquire about their selection for that day!). If coffee is not your thing, they also offer fruit juices, smoothies, hot chocolate, matcha drinks and artisanal teas by Tea Bone Zen Mind.
