1. Salted Egg-straodinaire (Maki-San)

Who would have known that sushi and salted egg could go so well together? 😍 At first, people were pretty skeptical about this bizarre combination (“Will that taste good?”) but Maki-San has turned many non-believers into salted egg enthusiasts.

Maki-San dipped its toes into uncharted salted egg waters by first launching the Salted Egg-straodinaire Dip, which was available for a limited time only back in 2016. With raving reviews and favourable responses from fans, the salted egg goodness has now been made a permanent item in Maki-San’s extensive menu 😌 What used to be just a dip, is now a brand new, highly sought-after house sauce!
