Founded by Madam Aisha, a Chinese-Muslim from Qinghai in China, Yi Zun Noodles the first Muslim-owned restaurant that serves Chinese hand-pulled noodles in Singapore. What started as a simple dream to let her friends enjoy authentic Chinese food is now an eatery that offers soul food at affordable prices!

If you enjoy dishes that’ll remain hot for the entire meal, you must try their bestseller, the Signature Grilled Fish! It includes grilled fish cooked in various spices and in a spicy broth topped with coriander, peanuts and chilli peppers for a bit more zing. ? It’s the perfect dish to share with your friends and loved ones because of how big the portion is! Not to mention, it’s served on a hot plate ensuring that your meal is hot till the very last bite.

Another one of the chef’s choices is the Chuan Xiang Chicken (Small $32.80 / Large $52.80)! It comes in two sizes you can choose from which makes it ideal for sharing. The dish is covered with an aromatic gravy made with chilli peppers, authentic Xinjiang herbs and spices, sweet corn and potatoes cooked in their special Mala gravy. ? This dish is a must for fans of spicy food!

When you dine at an authentic Chinese restaurant, you can’t simply skip on trying their marinated meat selection! Dig into the various Barbequed Skewers ($2.50 to $6) like Lamb Chops, Mutton, Chicken and Beef. The perfectly barbecued meat and spices is sure to whet your appetite.
