We had the pleasure of staying at WOLO recently. Walking into the lobby we were greeted by the pleasant smell of mandarin (reminds us of Jewel in Singapore for some reason, perhaps they used the same fragrance?). As certified caffeine lovers, we loved that there is a Starbucks Reverse outlet in the lobby so we could get a shot of serotonin! The lobby is sleek with dark granite floors, sleek metal benches and textured metal walls. The check-in process is smooth too and the receptionist is warm and welcoming!
There are four types of rooms available, ranging from Copper and Gold rooms to the exclusive Platinum and WOLO suites. For the stay, we were offered the Platinum suite and for a hotel located right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, we were impressed with the size of the room! It’s more than spacious for a family of three!

When it was time to freshen up, we head to the shower and were impressed by the sheer size of the bathroom. We definitely did not expect to have so much room in the bathroom! We loved the high-pressure rain shower and the selection of Appelles toiletries. There was also a hairdryer and a complete grooming set, so don’t worry if you forgot to bring yours!
Some extra amenities that we enjoyed are the Nespresso Coffee Machine (nothing better than waking up to the smell of coffee!) and Marshall speakers that helped to set the ambience. We also loved that even though the hotel is located in the middle of busy roads, we can’t hear any noise from our room! This is certainly a plus point when staying in the city centre.
Since WOLO Kuala Lumpur is strategically located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, you're never far away from the best shopping malls in KL. Just a two-minute walk from Bukit Bintang monorail, you can shop till you drop at Pavillion Kuala Lumpur, Fahrenheit88, Sungei Wang Plaza, Lot 10 and more!
