One Ramadan tradition we all look forward to is collecting bubur masjid
(also known as bubur lambuk
) from mosques around Singapore throughout the month. ? Though this year's Ramadan will be different with mosques being closed, there are still plenty of places where you can get a delicious packet of this traditional porridge!
Some community centres and eateries are distributing free bubur masjid
this month, and other eateries are including a free portion of porridge with every purchase. Keep reading to find out where you can get your bubur
P.S. Some eateries only have a limited number of packets or may not distribute them every day, and we recommend you check with the eatery's social media before going down or placing your order. Remember to wear a mask and observe proper social distancing when collecting your food!
