As COVID-19 vaccinations in Malaysia continue to make headway, the government has just announced that walk-in vaccinations will officially be available starting from 1 August - that's in less than two weeks! This initiative only applies to those aged 18 and above who have not received an appointment date and not registered for their vaccination prior to 1 August 2021.

According to The Star, the Covid-19 Immunisation Task Force (CITF) is still updating the list of Vaccination Centres (Pusat Pemberian Vaksin; PPV) which will conduct the walk-ins as existing PPVs would not necessarily be used for the purpose.
